When should I RSVP by?
We kindly ask that you RSVP here on our website by September 1st preferably, September 10th at the very latest so that we can finalize our table arrangements and dinner order before our big day!
What is the dress code?
Our dress code is garden party formal: think polished, fun, and perfect for an outdoor celebration. For feminine looks, opt for color, floral prints, breezy dresses / jumpsuits, etc! For masculine styles, a button-down and slacks work great, or a suit if you’re feeling more dressy. Consider shoes that can handle a leisurely walk in the vineyard, and come ready to celebrate. You could say fashion is a passion of ours, so feel free to have fun with your wardrobe! :)

Can I bring a plus one?
Due to venue limitations, we’re keeping things intimate, so unless your party on the RSVP page specifically includes a plus one, we kindly ask that you come solo. We can’t wait to party with you!
Are kids invited?
We adore your kiddos, however due to the more formal nature of our venue, we’re only able to accommodate children specifically named under your party on the RSVP page (mainly immediate family members and bridal party). We hope you can enjoy a fun, relaxing evening out, and we thank you for your understanding!
Tips for overnight accomodations?
Unfortunately, we are limited to bridal party for overnight stays specifically at the venue. For those coming in from out of town, we recommend checking out hotels, AirBNBs, or VRBOs in or near Placerville, Camino, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, or Pollock Pines. Placerville, Camino, and Pollock Pines are the closest to our venue. As the drive to our venue is a scenic route, please plan out rides accordingly if needed, drink responsibly, and get home safe!
Is there parking at the venue / how is the drive getting there?
Yes, there will be plenty of parking at the venue. The road to get to the venue can be windy at parts, so please drive carefully and arrange your rides to and from if needed.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony begins at 3:30 PM sharp! We recommend arriving by 3:00 to park, find your seat, and settle in. We kindly ask that you don’t arrive much earlier, as we’ll be tucked away getting ready, and we’d love to keep the first look a surprise!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We’re keeping the ceremony "unplugged" so everyone can really be in the moment with us and make sure our professionals can get their best shots! We have the most amazing photo+video team and we promise to share all the pretty captures afterward!
Will there be dinner service?
J Turner Catering will be serving up an Italian-inspired meal buffet style including Tuscan chicken, salmon, vegetarian lasagna, fresh salad, seasonal veggies, and so forth — there's something for everyone and plenty to go around. We will also be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour and plenty of dessert in the later evening!
Will alcohol be served?
Yes! Our venue is providing some of their best wines, and we’ll also have beer and cider available. For anyone skipping alcohol, we’ve got you covered too, including local Apple Hill cider (our favorite!).
